SALE OF COMMON SHARES

CALGARY, ALBERTA (April 21, 2022) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that Mr. James Shipka, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, sold 56,000 Company common shares of no par value ("Common Shares"). The proceeds from the sale of Common Shares were to satisfy the costs and withholding taxes associated with Mr. Shipka's share option exercise announced on April 11, 2022. Mr. Shipka sold an aggregate 56,000 Common Shares at a price of C$1.55 (approximately 95.1 pence) per Common Share on the Toronto Stock Exchange on April 20, 2022.
