EUR500,000,000 2.125 per cent. Notes due 12 November 2020, guaranteed by Tesco PLC under the GBP15,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (ISIN: XS0992638220) (the Notes)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO NOTEHOLDERS THAT all outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the Issuer on 12 August 2020 (the Optional Redemption Date) pursuant to Condition 6(c) (Redemption at the Option of the Issuer (Issuer Call)) of the Notes. The Notes will be redeemed at EUR1,000 per Calculation Amount (the Optional Redemption Amount) together with any accrued and unpaid interest.
