The total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 30 October
2020 is 839,718,817 , with 10,883,843 shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Signature Aviation plc is
828,834,974. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, Signature Aviation plc under the Disclosure and
