CGI Signs Roughly $165.9 Million Contract With Shell for Fleet-Solutions Business

CGI Inc., the information-technology and business-consulting
firm, said it has signed a new five-year contract with Royal Dutch
Shell PLC valued more than 200 million Canadian dollars, or $165.9
million.
Through the contract, CGI Tuesday said it will help Shell grow
its fleet-solutions business by enhancing its end-to-end mobility
management and fuel payments platform that processes more than 250
million transactions a year.
