DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces
the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company
("Shares").
The remuneration of RB's Non-Executive Directors includes fees
which are to be used in the purchase of Shares. GBP125,000 of the
Chairman's annual fee and GBP16,750 of the Non-Executive Directors'
base fee (net) is invested in Shares which they are expected to
retain for the duration of their tenure.
The Company was notified on 22 May 2019 that Mehmood Khan,
Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 147 Shares
on 22 May 2019 at a price of $81.54 per share.
The Company was further notified on 23 May 2019 that Chris
Sinclair, Chairman, purchased a total of 1,076 Shares on 23 May
2019 at a price of GBP63.75 per share.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article
