Plan (formerly known as The Next 2006 Performance Share Plan) (the

All outstanding options under this Plan have now been exercised
or have lapsed and the Plan has closed. As a result, the block
listing associated with this Plan has been cancelled.
The Company has made no allotments under the Plan since the last block listing return was
