Corporate Update and Change of Registered Office Address

Nu-Oil and Gas PLC (AIM:NUOG), the AIM Rule 15 cash shell, confirms that following the termination of the proposed reverse takeover transaction announced on 14 April 2020 and following legal advice on the terms of the MoU entered into with the counter party, the Company has taken steps to recover costs incurred in relation to, inter alia, due diligence on the transaction.

In parallel, the Board has continued to advance discussions with various stakeholders to conclude an alternative reverse takeover transaction. The Company will update the market on these developments as soon as it is in a position to do so.

The Company also announces that with effect from 2 January 2021, the registered office of the Company will change to 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT.
