Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Directors of Metro Baltic Horizons plc are pleased to announce that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held today all proposed resolutions were passed. In accordance with the timetable set out in the Company's circular dated 7 August 2014, cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will occur at 7.00 a.m. on 10 September 2014.
