IQ-AI announces that Michael Schmainda, Director of IQAI and CEO of Imaging Biometrics, has been granted an option to subscribe for 5,969,792 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 5.88p per share. The option will vest on 15 December 2024.

Michael Schmainda is currently interested in 9,108,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.99 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
