PolyMet Mining Down 23% as Court Remands Permits Back to Minnesota DNR

PolyMet Mining Corp. (PLM, POM.T) shares fell 23% to 32 cents as
an appeals court remanded the Permit to Mine and dam safety permits
for its NorthMet copper-nickel project back to Minnesota's
Department of Natural Resources.
The company said it is "disappointed" and will explore all
options including filing a petition for review to the Minnesota
Supreme Court.
