Postponement of 2019 Full Year Results

Notification of Operations Update

Gulf Keystone Petroleum notes the statement by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") requesting that all listed companies observe a moratorium on the publication of preliminary financial statements for at least two weeks.

In accordance with this request, Gulf Keystone will delay the publication of its full year 2019 results, which were scheduled to be released on 26 March 2020, to a date that will be determined as soon as possible.

The Company will provide an update on its operations on Tuesday 24 March 2020.
