As at the date of the Annual General Meeting, the total number
of voting rights in the Company was 212,105,211. The Company had
12,886,092 ordinary shares held in Treasury.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 and Listing Rule 9.6.3,

business resolutions will additionally be filed with Companies
House.
