Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company developing a coal project in southwest Tanzania, announces that following the Second Admission of the 2,050,000,000 Firm Placing Shares on 20 May 2019, it has been advised that Pitchcroft Capital Ltd has acquired 750,000,000 Ordinary shares in the company.

As directors of Pitchcroft Capital Ltd, Alex Fullard, Dave Thomas, Will Orgee and are deemed related parties and accordingly the combined interest of these four parties is 1,029,999,224 Ordinary shares, representing 23.3% of the outstanding share capital.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 29 April 2019.
