Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), the AIM quoted company developing a coal project in southwest Tanzania, announces that following the Second Admission of the 2,050,000,000 Firm Placing Shares on 20 May 2019, it has been advised that Oliver Stansfield and Neal Griffith have both increased their respective shareholdings from the previously disclosed 62,500,000 shares of 0.02p ("Ordinary Shares") each to 187,500,000 Ordinary Shares each in the Company.

Both individuals are Directors of Brandon Hill Capital Limited, a natural resource focused investor and adviser, which has also now increased its direct interest from the previously disclosed 62,500,000 Ordinary Shares to 662,500,000 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the revised combined interest of these three parties is 1,037,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.51% of the outstanding share capital.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 29 April 2019.
