Crystal Amber Fund announces that it has been advised that Jane Le Maitre, a Director of the Company, has purchased, via Joiedevie Limited as detailed below, 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Mrs Le Maitre has a total beneficial interest in 13,500 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights).
