accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), Centrica plc announces
that Stephen Hester, Senior Independent Director, will be appointed
as non-executive director and Chair designate of easyJet plc with
effect from 1 September 2021, before becoming Chair of easyJet plc
with effect from 1 December 2021.
