1.        Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends payable
deducted on the ex-dividend date.

2.        Following the buyback of 57,648 ordinary shares on 13th January 2020,
the Company has 174,727,079 ordinary shares in issue, excluding 18,284,763
which are held in treasury.
