Notice of Annual General Meeting

Bahamas Petroleum Company plc ("BPC" or the "Company"), the oil and gas exploration company with significant prospective resources in licences in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10:00 BST on 24 July 2020, at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP.

In addition to ordinary business, the Company, in connection to the proposed merger with Columbus Energy Resources PLC announced on 11 June 2020 ('the Merger'), will seek shareholder approval of the authority to allot the Consideration Shares for the Merger, as well as various other related matters.
