BP, Rosneft to Cooperate on Sustainability, Carbon Management

BP PLC said Thursday that it and Russia's Rosneft Oil Co. have
agreed to cooperate on carbon management and sustainability
activities at both companies.
Rosneft and the U.K. oil major will join efforts in aligning
with developing industry methodologies and standards on carbon
management, BP said. They will also jointly evaluate new projects
contemplating the use of renewables, opportunities for carbon
capture, utilization and storage, as well as developments for
hydrogen, BP said.
