B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") announces
that Kathleen Guion has confirmed her intention to retire as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 January
2020.
Kathleen has served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board
since the Company's IPO in 2014. During that time she has also been
the Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the
Nomination Committee of the Company. Tiffany Hall, who was
appointed to the Board on 18 September 2018, will succeed Kathleen
as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 01
January 2020.
Peter Bamford, Chairman, said

valuable insight and contribution to the Board and the Committees
on which she has served over the last five and a half years. During
that time the Board has overseen the continued growth of the Group
and its successful transition to public company governance.
Kathleen has made a considerable contribution to our governance
programme by her leadership of the Remuneration Committee since the
IPO of the Company, which we would also especially like to thank
her for in the meantime. We wish Kathleen well for the future."
The Company makes this announcement in accordance with LR
9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.
