Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the Group) announces the grant of nil cost options over ordinary shares of the Group (the Shares) by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited (Sanne) acting as trustee of the Rubicon Executive Equity Compensation Trust (the Trust) in respect of the 2018 work year to persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs).
