Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations

The Company announces that on 30 November 2020 it was notified that David Ward, Finance Director & Company Secretary of the Company, and his wife Joanne Ward sold a total of 4,417 nil paid rights (each a "Nil Paid Right"), pursuant to the rights issue announced by the Company on 6 November 2020 (the "Rights Issue"), at prices of GBP10.74 and GBP11.29 per Nil Paid Right respectively, with the proceeds to be used to take up Nil Paid Rights under the Rights Issue.

David and Joanne Ward currently hold in aggregate 10,852 ordinary shares in the Company. David and Joanne Ward intend to subscribe for their remaining entitlements in the Rights Issue, such that their aggregate net new investment in the Company pursuant to the Rights Issue will amount to approximately GBP20,000.
