Publication of Final Terms pursuant to the issue of EUR750m 1.875 per cent. Fixed Rate Dated Senior Notes due 13 November 2027 by Aviva plc (the "Company")

The following Final Terms have been filed with the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 9 November 2018 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by the Company of EUR750m 1.875 per cent. Fixed Rate Dated Senior Notes due November 2027 under the GBP7,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the "Programme") of the Company dated 16 July 2018. The Programme enables the Company to issue debt instruments, including a range of subordinated securities.

The Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 16 July 2018, as supplemented by a Supplemental Prospectus dated 12 September 2018 (together the 'Prospectus').
