Notice of Annual General Meeting

All Asia Asset Capital Limited (AIM: AAA) announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting has today been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 4.00 p.m. (Bangkok time) on Tuesday 30 July 2019 at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, 250 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

The Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report and Accounts") were sent to shareholders on 28 June 2019. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Company's website (www.aaacap.com). Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
