AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2g - historic disclosures

The Company notifies disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Tamir Koch, Non-Executive Chairman, and Michael Juskiewicz, Chief Financial Officer, which have been identified by Strand Hanson Limited, its recently appointed Nominated Adviser, as part of its ongoing due diligence exercise and that had previously been omitted in error.

Mr Koch and Mr Juskiewicz were directors of eMusic.com Limited, a non-operating subsidiary of eMusic.com Inc, which was wound up following a creditor petition by HMRC and a court order on 6 November 2019 under the Insolvency Act 1986. A notice was given on 13 September 2021 which stated that the winding-up of the company was complete. The estimated shortfall to creditors was assessed at GBP169,576.

In addition, the following information is notified pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the appointment of Michael Juskiewicz as director of 7digital on 20 September 2019. All information is as at the date of his appointment:
