“During Q1/2025 we completed full-scale infrastructure upgrades at these two flagship properties. At the Galleon Resort, Wialan installed over 90 in-room access points, providing every guest with direct, secure Wi-Fi connectivity. This upgrade led to:

83% decrease in Wi-Fi-related support calls

75% increase in average guest internet speed

Positive guest feedback reflected in online reviews and satisfaction surveys

The upgrades at both properties also included:

End-to-end network redesign

Wialan, of course, already has a history of installations, on both domestic and international fronts. So, it should prove less difficult to have to "prove" themselves to potential customers. Plus, they do have the joint patent, shared with T-Mobile to show-off (small-cell streetlights)

I'm liking these post-quarter-end earnings updates (big-board feel) and as I've posted before, additional, even larger contracts do appear to be on the horizon. Just look at the Annual Report and the dd that can be garnered from it. The infrastructure and products are in place and, finally, increasing sales are indeed happening. Seems like only now Wialan is truly transitioning from development/shell-type activity to being that of a full-fledge operator

Looking Ahead

We will publish the requirements later this year to give companies ample time to provide the information required to meet the new market eligibility standards for the OTCID Market.

As markets become further electronic, current data from compliant companies will increasingly matter, for both corporate reputations and share valuations. Of note: the financials have, for the past couple of years or so, listed the "total number of shareholders" as around 255. OTCMarkets list the number of "beneficial shareholders" at 102, as of 9/20/24. This seems to indicate that, at the very least, the public-float has been condensed into the hands of fewer shareholders, over time...🤔

Management Certification (Annual) filed yesterday. So, besides the annual Attorney Opinion Letter, Wialan's all buttoned-up on the regulatory front. Contracts have been executed, also. Yet we sit @ .0009, with little to no daily trading volume. What's missing? A few words (any) from our CEO, regarding the company's outlook/pipeline, social media presence remains nonexistent, website is in need of updates, no direct investor relation channel(s), etc...
