This two-bit outfit went belly up over seven years ago, and it wasn't worth a pig in a poke a decade ago. If you bought its stock, man, I feel sorry for you, but use it for wallpaper, wastepaper, toilet paper, that's your only option.

If Ricky-boy isn't in prison, or swept up by Interpol like his wife was, then he'd better keep on laying low, because the number of towns, teams, arenas and people he jobbed are legion.

FYI:Restrictions on Old Shares

The SEC exemption places some restrictions on the old, private shares. You can’t sell these shares in the open market until you hold them for six months. Before then, you would have to get a new exemption to sell the shares. After the IPO, the shares are no longer private, but they are still restricted. This is because the investment bank managing the IPO insists that existing large shareholders “lock up” their old shares for 180 days following the IPO. This prevents insiders from dumping their shares on the open market and depressing the price of the new shares.

then what happens to the shares outstanding? should someone wait to buy for the ipo? will the existing shares become worthless?

There is also over 40,000 shares for sale at .08 cents... Not sure what to tell you.

I think there 2000 shares for sale at 10 cents.....but it doesn't come up when you get a quote...why is that?

Simply called every number I could find on WHKA until I received as much information as I could about the possibilities of what exactly is going on here. Convinced me enough to purchase even more WHKA stock.

Go through your banking/financial institution and it should be displayed there. Currently you can purchase WHKA for $ 0.04 a share.

This stock was World hockey association.. But it seems that someone has acquired it. Pending an IPO apparently. Could see this stock in the $3 range.

So .0001 to .04 in a day. Any thoughts, and or is this stock expected to rise even more?

Somewhere in the vague foggy past, someone had some sort of ties to what was supposed to be assets of the actual World Hockey League. Or that what was portended. I don't know any more.
It may have been a ruse as well...it was a pink sheet after all.
