He was also featured in a Dale Goldhawk Book “Getting What You Deserve: The Adventures of Goldhawk Fights Back" where it documents how Todd Weigel stole the accident settlement of a woman by befriending her and gaining her trust, then "managing" her money.

with OUR money he bought a B&B called Union Guest House;
with OUR money he bought two boats (first a small one and now a bigger one);
he has never paid the price for anything and we have suffered;
he was a director of this company until they kick him out because even for them he lied too much;
he has been on podcasts touting himself as a financial genius (like all con men);
he has zero educational background to speak of... another lie;
he has written a book that you can buy on Amazon called Turbulent Money but it does not look like he has made a sale;
his ex-wife told us (we found her while she was in hospital in critical care) that he never paid a penny of support to his three children;
he now has his name on title on property finally after all these years and on that boat;
we should all start an action for, at least, fraud and put a lien on everything he's got;
we found a post on an internet in another country about this guy getting married to a hooker and we found a post from that same country on the internet saying he does crystal meth like he was some sort of druglord;

I do not believe this is a pump and dump bandr. The stock is rising on news that could make this company and its investors wealthy. One strong contract which creates some revenue and this stock is going to sky rocket.

Obviously these types of investments require capital but the technologies so appear to be very innovative. So far, based on the press releases, they have invested in 3 new mobile technologies and they have a patent that they are leveraging for the cryptocurrency market. That seems like a legitimate strategy. Of course if they don't raise enough capital to fund these investments, it can fall on its face but this is a penny stock that is speculative. Revenues would certainly be a solid next sign I would say.

VSMR is a US company, not in Canada, therefore falls under US regulations. If you have contact with the many people he has defrauded or evidence of anything improper, have you contacted the proper authorities, SEC etc? It does not matter where this man lives, if he has committed fraud on the scale you indicate, they will pursue him.

I don’t believe the officers and directors are strawmen, Lou Pingitore, Tony Cinotti, Sandy Manata, Anthony Lalley. They all have impressive corporate backgrounds at very high levels. I think it would be safe to consider they are all very intelligent individuals, which also should indicate they are their own men and not the type of people who would allow themselves to be used as pawns.

The officers and directors have worked in the financial world at the highest levels and one should be able to assume they are aware of the severe consequences that would befall them if they were part of any type of fraud.

Maybe you have a serious and legitimate grievance against this man and if so you should pursue that grievance by all means necessary. You haven’t indicated that you have taken any legal action or filed any complaints with the authorities. If you haven’t pursued any legal action or filed a complaint with the proper authorities and are just ranting on this message board, it really deflates the legitimacy of anything you have posted.

Bandr, As someone interested in VSMR I have taken considerable time to review the many posts including your posts and links to newspaper articles and regulatory decisions.

You are obviously bitter towards this Dan Scamell and maybe rightfully so, but I haven’t been able to decipher the reason from your posts.

1. From your posts you seem to have certain amount of insight into this Scamell. How is he currently involved with VSMR?

2. VSMR filings are up to date with the OTC Markets, which for me is a good indication the company has a plan for the future, filings and financials cost money. I am sorry I don’t believe the books are cooked, all directors have to sign off on financials etc even if unaudited and they put themselves at serious risk if all is not in order.

3. I have taken the time to call the office and have spoken with Lou Pingitore. I found him to be forthright with where he sees the company growing. I have researched the officers and directors of VSMR and I have to say I’m impressed with their bios. Also, the company appears to have funding to move forward on their business models, which to me is extremely important.

4. From the 2012 BCSECCOM 176 ruling, he was definitely offside on raising money for the company, but I also read in the decision under “Enrichment” that not only did he not profit from the venture he actually lost considerable money. Now, with the company moving forward, those people who invested may have the opportunity to actually profit from their investment.

5. You mentioned he uses the pump and dump money to renovate his house and next sentence you say the house has been foreclosed on which I’m assuming means he couldn’t keep up with his mortgage payments. It doesn’t make any sense that he would renovate his home and not keep up with his mortgage payments.

6. If this is a pump and dump, it is a horrible one, although the price has appreciated, the volume is incredibly low, it would be impossible for anyone to unload any sizeable amount.

7. You don’t seem bitter towards VSMR as much as you are bitter towards this Dan Scamell. If you could let us know how he wronged you and how he fits into VSMR we would appreciate your insight. But right now it just feels like you are bitter towards this man (can’t find him associated with VSMR through 8k’s etc) without giving any real concrete evidence as to why we should stay away from VSMR.

Bandr you are wrong this time I believe the news will be coming out that the Legacy crypto currency is using VSMR software to complete transaction faster and at less cost per transaction. Other cryptos are to follow suit as well. The other factor that could be causing this meteoric rise is that the texting software has got some carriers to use it.
