Melvin is a man who does what he says he's going to do. He's well-meaning, not everything is in the timeframe in which he predicted, but he does what he says he's going to do. Think of ticker symbol change, took longer than most of us wanted. But it eventually did happen. That's why I am so positive about obtaining Cisco gold status. Might not happen as quickly as we wanted to, but he will get there. We all know that.

He knows either the Q, or an NT must be filed by 5/15. (The day he filed the NT)

The NT form template clearly states 5 CALENDAR days. When the extra days are part of a weekend, Melvin typically "grants himself" 2 extra days. He doesn't seem to understand weekend days "are" calendar days too!

Currently, reports can be uploaded via OTCIQ 24/7. Not sure how the July changes will affect this? If a decent report is issued & Pink Current is quickly restored (that's a compound "if") this won't be a lingering issue. Hopefully the boot to Yield will force Melvin to understand why.

There is a reason the volume here is absolute garbage every day. No one knows or cares about it. OTC in general is all but obsolete. No one trades this crap anymore. lol crypto took over and the OTC is finally being treated like the scam crack den it always was.

I have a different view. Very basic analysis 
He simply documented in the late filing he would file on 5/21.   He's likely unaware of the 5 day rule like so many people on this board counting days etc
All he needs to do is understand the rules and comply.  For me it's disappointing but doesn't change where things are heading and the expectations future outcomes 
Some peeps will add down here others will throw in the towel

If, for instance, Melvin was out of the country grieving at a funeral and knew that he wouldn't have it in by the 20th, would you have preferred he lied and said the 20th. Or will he get credit for being transparent and honest about when it would be realistically be in.

50 days is obviously too little time for this clown to get one single quarter of fins filed for a tiny "company". No one will ever put any money into this, first off it's the otc, which no one takes seriously anyway. Secondly, this guy can never do anything on time. Nasdaq soon right? LOL back to .00s likely sooner. How does one fail so much? So often? It's gotta deliberate at this point. Or he truly just doesn't GAF. you decide.

We were never pink current until recently. It was yield for atleast a few yrs

Hmmmm well if I remember correctly, and sometimes that's impossible ( the 60's and 70's were rough ) we lost our pink current status with a late filling a year or year and a half ago or so...not sure but that may have been before The OTC MARKET was turned over to FINRA. I think we're ok though, so either today or tomorrow...

Dude? No. 1 minute after midnight on the 20th starts day "6", the 21st, which would make it late. I seriously doubt it would cause a problem, but we'll get what we get...

Due the 15th additional 5 days...the 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20th  and due on the 21st...I may be wrong but, that's Melvin's 5 days
