I HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED WITH KEN WILLIAMS (via a phone call) THAT HE HAS NOT SOLD ANY SHARES PLUS HE WOULD GET IN TROUBLE IF HE DID.
THE SHARE STRUCTURE IS THE SAME ONLY THE WEAK HANDS HAVE TAKEN OFF OR THOSE SELLING FOR A PROFIT. I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN.

Doesnt mean he cant sell company shares. He just personally can't sell shares as they are restricted 6-months. For whatever reason, the Transfer agent says they have had an issue with updating their systems and it may not be back online until Monday. I have been calling them for 3 days now. Ask Ken Williams if he has sold any company shares. He hasnt responded to my email yet.

Just got off the phone with Ken Williams who took my call right away.
No he isn't selling shares as was already reported as he is not allowed to until the end of the year. Also Ken is using his own monies on the land thing.
Ken is also going to be very cautious in how he does the share thing and is not out to screw up the share structure.

The MDCN you are trying to make waves with was back in 2015 (bitcoin) and things got out of control there and if you want the whole scoop talk to Ken. Don't use your agendas for trying to get the stock price down on VGTL.

Ken is very transparent and he is a good man. JMO!

Legalities legalities . . . Looking fishy whether there was any consideration for sale of Green Rain Solar Inc to $VGTL by $GSFI and subsequently $NWPN. Documents said consideration was assumption of $400,000 worth of liabilities. But then those liabilities were miraculously written off in full by $NWPN. Seems to be a whole can of worms waiting to be unearthed. Makes a person wonder. Just my honest opinion.
