Vinci Subsidiary to Acquire Canada's TNT Group

Vinci SA (DG.FR) said Monday that its subsidiary Eurovia has
signed an agreement to acquire Canadian civil engineering
contractor TNT group, a subsidiary of Transelec Common Inc.
The French company said the TNT group employs 430 people and
generated revenue of 170 million Canadian dollars ($134.7 million)
in 2016.
No financial details for the transaction have been revealed.
