That's not a denial. That's avoidance. There are a lot of things that are possible (100% as opposed to 90%?) but not very probable. And not that he has any intention of doing it. That's why he abandoned USEI and switched to BMCS in the first place.

Someone needs to ask him how he thinks he's going to raise the money necessary to get off the Expert Market. And what the business plan is to earn revenue. And how much he's going to increase the A/S so he can dilute the stock once again. And how big the R/S will have to be which will wipe out all shareholders. Ha, as if they're not already wiped out.

Just as you can ignore the fact that Miller has divested all the assets of the company to BMCS, driven the sp to $$.000001 and gotten the ticker on the Expert Market due to not being able/willing to post financial reports.

You can choose to sit back and hope for a miracle while the world goes on around you. Other people will move on and put their money elsewhere in hopes of making up for their losses in USEI. Of course, that was before the ticker went on the Expert Market because now they can't sell their stock.

Hey, mods. In the iBox, I can only think "We are driven to create a better financial future" is purely for 💩s and 🤭s. But it also serves for a source of misinformation regarding the current state of USEI since it has no longer has any operations in any of the three industries mentioned.

Might I suggest linking viewers to OTC Market's financial section to see that Miller has not produced a penny in revenue from 2017 to 2020 and if he had been diligent in his duties as CEO of a public company, would have shown the same results from 2021 to 2023. Instead, he lets the sp go to $.000001 and the ticker placed on the Expert Market.

Patience? How much patience should someone have with a stock trading at $.00001 for the past year? That's dead money. And they'd have had to buy higher that which would put them in the negative.

Seasoned investors cut their losses early so they can put their money to work elsewhere. There's only been one good trading opp here and that was when the entire OTC market went nuts in early '21.

I can't believe you're seriously defending holding USEI for over a year hoping that it does something. Eventually. Which, considering everything Miller has done to gut the company and switch his attention to BMCS seems unlikely.

You're only now about to look at the BMCS report? It's been an integral part of what's going on with USEI for awhile now and the only vehicle that has a chance of doing anything while USEI has floundered since you "planted" your flag on USEI at $.0015 in 2021.
