announce that it has received an investment commitment
of $2.5M Dollars from a private investor in
China.
We will
use these funds to Acquire planned acquisitions. We are staying the course for our growth
initiative and development plans. Management plans to rapidly grow
the company in 2018.
As stated in our previous
announcement we have no plans of a reverse split or plans to
increase our authorize shares. Filings and disclosures are
