I think you have to ignore the Senate and Congress, they don't seem to know what they're doing. I look for the opportunity TCNNF has with the FL legalization effort and sales. While most of the legislation is nice to have, TCNNF is still bringing in cash. I still think we see something from the Biden admin if congress can't get it done. It is clear to me that we need to clear out the republicans in the senate and house. Right now they are too focused on getting T in there and they aren't interested in governing. This is not your father, grandfather or great grandfather's Republican Party.

Please tell the charts to quit consolidating. Ha,Ha. No news and we're in a vacuum cycle. Don't believe what you read regarding polls. Even the Village people will vote for legalization.

So imo good news. In today's white house briefing with Jean Pierre, she had a staged and pre written response about cannabis and getting rescheduled. I believe this is the institutional's way of starting to strum up some optics on the subject and we are getting close!

I am in favour of freeing the plant globally. This is what I am doing to help the effort in the US even tho I can not vote there. I share the positive posts by friendly reps. And I share links to TDR’s youtube they talk with Don Murphy regularly and have been focused on cannabis and psychedelics while others are chasing shiny objects. They went to Washington to help with the effort. Donate to cannabis friendly reps is a must. And tell them why. All the good will in the world will not move the needle without funding to spread the message. They interview stars rowing in the same direction. Many ways to help!

You can exclude the poll from the FL Chamber of Commerce. They were one of the anti-groups opposed to letting the initiative move forward. They were against the initiative from the beginning and who knows what their survey included.

I stand Corrected , 3 Polls . The Short one @ 57% Done by Fla. Chamber of Commerce . UNF 's first poll was @ 70 % .
Then they did a Second one at the end of last year with all the Language of Amendment #3 Included and it came in @ 67 %.

He is clearly only talking to his hard base. I do agree its not a guarantee florida rec will win, but I believe it will. As for rescheduling, I'm surprised the cannabis companies and states have not already started suing the federal government, as some medical cannabis has already even been approved which means they acknowledge it has medical use. That alone is why it cannot/should not be schedule 1. As for the in treaty, look up the amendment that happened after Canada even legalized rec, as it got amendments. Also germany just approved rec as well. We in the usa are only looking for a reschedule, to me it's a no brainer it's getting rescheduled, but sure, who knows when. I believe it will happen after Safe is approved and before the election this November. The dea is due for a response anytime now, as UT was his words and the congressional hearing it could take up to 6 months to respond. I'm with Cabos, Deathsantis is trying to make people think there is no support for the MJ initiative, but it's up to the voters of which he is only one. He will be long gone after this term as governor, but the people of FL will be left with his radical laws. The legislature has failed us and needs to be replaced. Pull the big D and show them people power. Meanwhile, TCNNF keeps hitting on all cylinders and making money, while we wait out the currently pending events. So far so good. Now we need some national changes in the house. The current leadership has gone RADICAL RIGHT.

Well, I don’t know the reason. But your right, about noon time it started to fade. All the weed stocks followed suit. MSOS was the one that triggered my watch. But TCNNF and others I have quicky triggered as well. In looking at the 1 min and 10 min scales for the day, TCNNF rose in the last, we’ll call it 10 min on 276k in shares. Somebody wanted in at the end of the day besides me. Didn’t buy a whole lot, I didn’t add on the FL ballot passage so I took the opportunity. But it doesn’t matter a lot, this is not going to be the low for the year, by the same token we haven’t seen the high yet either.
