Are tax filings being done? Is the Company current on their state filing fees? (I can't remember what state the entity is filed in).
In other words, does anyone take care of this stuff and does anyone have any plans for it?
And, WHY do we have these flipping "trades" pop up occasionally?

No, it was only a scam after Cimino went to the dark side, before Sure Trace had some breakthrough technology. Go back to 2005 and follow the events up to 2008.

Yeah, it is/it was a scam. Back then i think i read where the money was in family members name and they moved to Canada to escape the US, (not sure now). But here's some old info...

I bought in 2005 and yes it was a scam, but it has become a very strange acting stock.

Well, I've held this stock since 2006 and it's only gotten worse over time. IMHO, it's a scam. I hope time proves me wrong.

The plan is to slowly acquire shares over time and eventually own a majority, with the time being about 30 years ,so we only have(give or take 5 years) 15 years to wait for a major upside move. Go SSTY!!!!!!
