The management team has shown itself to be sloppy (remember the sloppiness of all the quarterly reports/disclosures here). So, this doesn't surprise me. I don't really follow HLLK very much, except really to note that their real estate acquisition failed the same time as SPRV's, the Jupiter, FL building. That's just really old news. Still, SPRV is up since that happened, though I doubt if many were able or are able to take advantage of that move, if I read the prices correctly.

Strickland must be in the top 3 scammers of junk stocks like SPRV, HLLK, etc. Anyone hoping to make a killing will have to beat Strickland and Murphy to the punch. I wouldn’t touch it, but I’ve felt that way about all his stocks.

Regarding HLLK, they filed an amendment to the Florida SOS for a 1:500 reverse split, however the SOS sent it back due to the fact the date of adoption of each amendment must be included in the document. The SOS gave them 60 days or the amendment would be abandoned. Have you seen anything about this? I see shareholders are still trying to find the date of the reverse split, expecting to see it show up on the daily list.

Well, I guess you were right about the musical chairs. Strickland and Murphy are back at HLLK after the change of control failed, for whatever reason. The reason was never given, at least not yet that I could see. SPRV experienced the hype of this transaction, with the expectation that something like that would happen here, but obviously, nothing happened here. I guess we are all waiting eagerly (okay, maybe not) for the next quarterly report where the big news will be just more of the same. Then it will be time to hibernate for another 3 months for more of the same.

Sorry, I don’t play into the greater fool theory on my fellow man. Lots of penny stock folks do, Eventually, as the market runs out of fools left, the pps will sell-off. Due diligence is recommended as a strategy to avoid becoming a greater fool yourself.
