Siemens Energy Appoints Two New Executive Board Members

Siemens Energy AG on Thursday appointed two new executive board
members.
The German energy company said Anne-Laure de Chammard will lead
the transformation of industry business area from Nov. 1, while
Vinod Philip will be responsible for the management of global
functions, such as IT and procurement, from Oct. 1.
Ms. de Chammard will join Siemens Energy from France's Engie SA
where she currently oversees the energy solutions business outside
of France.
Mr. Philip is currently head of strategy and chief technology
officer at Siemens Energy.
