Siemens to Buy Tech From Pixeom

Siemens AG (SIE.XE) said Thursday that it plans to buy
technology to expand its digital enterprise portfolio from Pixeom,
a U.S. software company.
The German company will use the Pixeom technology in its factory
automation business unit, part of Siemens Digital Industries.
Closing of the transaction is planned for the fourth quarter of
2019, and financial details weren't disclosed, Siemens said.
