Siemens Healthineers to Buy Majority Stake in US Health-Care Consultancy

Siemens Healthineers AG (SHL.XE) said Monday that it is
acquiring a majority stake in U.S. health-care consultancy ECG
Management Consultants.
ECG will continue to operate as an independent unit. The
transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal
2020, subject to regulatory approvals, Siemens Healthineers
said.
The company didn't disclose the financial details of the
deal.
