Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Stephen Daintith will leave the group to take up an equivalent role outside the company.

The U.K. jet-engine maker said it has started a process to identify and appoint a successor.

Mr. Daintith will become CFO at Ocado Group PLC, as announced by the online grocer in a separate release.
