Credit Suisse Vice Chairman Could Face Shareholder Opposition, FT Reports

--Credit Suisse Group AG Vice Chairman Severin Schwan would face
shareholder opposition if he stands for re-election at the bank's
annual general meeting in April, the Financial Times reports.
--Mr. Schwan, who is also chief executive officer of pharma
major Roche Holding AG, had intended to leave before the AGM, but
has been asked by other board members to reconsider for the sake of
maintaining stability following the departure of Chairman Antonio
Horta-Osorio, the FT reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The Swiss bank hasn't yet published a list of proposed board
members ahead of the April 29 AGM.
