Have heard (and also from a second source), "Yield" should be removed this coming week. Might have not stated properly in the past, but until OTC recognized the Management change (and I am now assuming they have), Company could not file financial Info. Thus could not get back to "Pink" from "Yield" due to lack of financial info (how stupid is that). We are due Sept. and Dec Qtr financials.
I have made a new contact that seems to know what is going on. He is not is US but watches this site. Asked me to join a Discord for RHCO and ask me to ask you also "without me mentioning you". I'll get back to you on that when I know more about it.

Cannot promise OTC issue will be resolved soon. But, I know all details and has to do with litigation that is really unrelated to current operations of RHCO. New CEO is in fact CEO as stated in this recent PR. Wish I could say more but trust me it will be resolved and when it is there will be good news to follow.

As I said before, OTC issue is mostly what "dave8888" stated on 1/30.
Expecting to be resolved soon and company still plans to Up-list once all is resolved with OTC questions.
Company is still doing well and will be interesting to see earnings reports once all is resolved.

Hey Jax! Everything "dave8888" said is true from my talks with Ron. I just did not want to get in trouble for stating "too much" info. However, since he/she did, it is what Ron told me.
I have no idea what might happen here with this stock and company. But, since they were profitable for last few quarters and seems that is still the case, just cannot believe this is a $.02 cent stock.
Have bought more recently and not planning to sell any until this is resolved. Will decide as things develope.

I have discovered that Mr. Richard Klitsie, the former CEO of Readen Holding Corp (OTC - Stock Ticker: RHCO), has been posting on this message board using the username Ronaldfatass.

As a friend of the company, I've come across new filings indicating that Mr. Richard Klitsie is facing an upcoming lawsuit. Additionally, I am aware that Mr. Ronald Steenbergen, who faced charges of Tax Evasion in a Dutch court, is awaiting his appeal.

Mr. Steenbergen was convicted in absentia because he did not appear in court. At the time, he was residing in Hong Kong, and due to COVID-related travel restrictions, it was impossible for him to travel to Europe to show up in court. Despite Steenbergen's request to postpone the court hearing, the Dutch court did not accept the extension request.

The development now is that there is an appeal, the situation will be rectified.


Furthermore, it's important to note that Steenbergen has not been involved with RHCO for an extended period.

Fellow investors, it is advisable to have a clear understanding of the facts surrounding the case before passing judgment. Even Mr. Steenbergen told me not to react to this post.

The last week of Dec. was last I heard OTC had requested Info. But, I thought that was the 4th time.
On Jan 11 was told OTC has requested clarification and "they" have sent "5 times adjusted paperwork from the lawyers".
Was told that day before the OTC "mentioned to our lawyers that they are reviewing again".
So answer is no, but they seem to think it should be re-solved soon.

CoodB, did you get any sense of how long till these occur?

Ron always answers my questions. Translation is issue.
Recently learned the OTC "yield" has more to do with New CEO announced in Sept. Appears previous management had an issue with that.
OTC still asking questions as to management change and previous mgmt. (complaint).
Expects to be resolved soon, but appears cannot file Financials until OTC "recognizes" new management.
Despite that, was told company is still doing very well and all will be OK!

I know nobody follows this stock here anymore, But.
I posted this on another site in August. "company is still working on uplisting with OTC but a law suit concerning a past business deal involving 16 million shares of RHCO stock has delayed that until resolved".
Since then, a New CEO announced but no news since. OTC has had "yield" on company for some time now.
I have been told several times now OTC issue is due to Lawyer letter concerning current status of company. Plus, the lawsuit has been settled so I assume that also has to do with that 16 million shares. They have responded to OTC a 3rd time to resolve issue.
Once OTC issue is resolve, they will release latest Qtr. Earnings. Was told not to expect any news till OTC issue is resolved.
Whether you think that is good or bad it is what I have heard is the current situation.

criminal on the run. He was sentenced to 18 months in februari for I believe laundering 5 million. He was convicted in absentia because he fled to Hong Kong

trading_jeff and anyone else! If you have any legit questions you want me to ask Ron, as long as it is not considered "inside information", I am sure he will respond. I have been talking to this guy for many years. Just wish "Hampstead" was still around as he was the one that really mixed it up with management.

I don't think increasing revenues and profits is BS news. This should be shouted from the mountaintops, but, like I said earlier, I'm not in the CEO's head.

Ron, without any updates from your team, there is little hope things will change.
The best thing that could happen with this company is to have the share price go up significantly and have "some" trading volume.
(without it, investor will not be willing to make a significant investment in the company as they see no way to exit).
Not you, but others that work for RHCO would surely like to see the stock price move up. Without news from time to time, what few people that would invest loose interest.
Sorry, but too many small stocks here trading millions of shares a day to keep people interested.

With al the experience we have today to be traded on the pink sheets we work on it but for certain businesses, we just need to grow
We can give BS news but i don't think that make any sense
We are growing and we are working we spent fortunes on promoting the sock last year but in the end, it just doesn't work
on the long term do we want a real company with a real biz or do we want to have like a lot of them just throwing stories in the media
I love to get advice but so far everything we did didn't bring the volume you are looking for

CEO needs some kind of a PR campaign in the US to get investors' attention, if he's so inclined to do so. Using prnewswire.com, globenewswire.com, or another PR dissemination company might be enough to get the company in front of eyes. Maybe he isn't inclined or interested and he'll leave the company completely unknown in the US. I'm not inside his head, so don't know his plans, if there are any.

For most part todays RHCO came about in 2011 with change of control and the 100% Acquisition of Readen Industries LTD. (Hong Kong). For approx. next 10 years, HQ was in in Netherlands. Only did business in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
Former CEO gave up position due to health but still active in Company. HQ was moved to Hong Kong, then due to political issues was moved to Singapore.
Company still has No Presence in the United States and that is main reason So few people have ever heard of the company. New CEO has really turned company around and redirected company focus. Evident with most recent filing. Company has been working on Uplisting on OTC for awhile but a lawsuit involving a previous stock acquisition has a large block of stock holding up the process.

This question has probably been asked before, but I'm asking it again: Why is $RHCO so far under the radar and no one knows about it?

Well I hope Ron does not let me down on the ER. He has always been pretty close on filings and announcements. I am one of the few that will go out on a limb and state when a PR or ER is to be released. He seemed confident that it would be this week. Do not know what else I can say other than hope he is right.

Agreed. They have seen some pretty impressive growth, very unusual for a penny stock. So hard for a penny to make it but they have been fairly consistent. We shall see. hope they are the real deal... a lot if big players in this area. Maybe, maybe they can become a player

I specifically asked Ron regarding ER being a little late, would there be a filing this week. He said YES. If profit equals or exceeds last quarter I would think the SP should see some improvement. I'm use to being disappointed but if they can show 4 quarters increase in profit. How can that not be significant for a "penny" stock?

Good news. I don't see this having much of a sustainable impact on share price improvement though. Maybe long term if crypto starts moving
up and people start using crypto on the app. Now i think it'll take continues positiverevenue/profit to push the price... plus uplist.
