for 26 years and every certificate in every brokerage account and the DTCC has been scooped out

In the good old days

I thought a penny was the lowest common denomination
then the OTC terrorist invented the decimal .0001 and crypto invented .000001

How can a bank stay at zero for twenty years if it saved a penny every day

Looks like somebody's buying up the shares for a reason.

Any life here? Probably nothing, but 6m volume out of 28m outstanding is some pretty high volume and some pretty low cap, average volume seems to be under 1m so this seems like interesting action based only on the volume. I'll be watching

I also was stupid in 1999 and maybe still am. Since then I've cost averaged my so call investment. Instead of waiting for the five cent range all I've to wait for now is 2/10 of a cent to get back even.

So I was a stupid investor back in 1999 and bought 35K shares at .17. I know, ouch. I still have the shares because Schwab would charge me a couple hundred bucks to dump it. So I just let them keep sending me quarterly statements on this account. It would be nice if it would do something and go back up, but I am certainly not holding my breath. Live and learn :)

There is two Pan American Bancorp. One was in Florida and the other is in New York. The Pan American that was in Florida own Pan American Bank and then they change their name to Sun American Bancorp. Sun American went bankrupt when this bank crisis came about some years back. You can go throughout the web and find this confusing info.

SUNBANCorp acquired PABN PanAmerBancrop yet all my shares wiped out on Sept 15 2010 due to bankruptcy or so my Stifel statement shows ????????? looks like bunk ---JMO

The number of shares traded are pretty common to the previous years past. Always May through June timeframe. Why and who does this?

well i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you've had this for 8-10 years, its time to move on fella. LOL Im just saying... in that 8-10 year period you could have made a bundle on a lot of other stuff here.

hello buck, i have owned this dog stock for years now. i can't remember when i bought it ,maybe 8 to 10 years. i admit i am not into it for a lot of money,maybe $400. my point is, this stock is a dog! worse, a dog will always love you. if i were getting charged 30 per month to keep it i would have dumped it after the first month. i only hold it hoping it will someday go to a .01 as to cover my broker fee to dump it. i have heard no news about this company for years.

Is this stock actice trading of delisted or something like that because Choice Trade broker wants to charge me $30.00 per month because i had re-instasted this stock because they had sold it as worthless stock without even telling me. Now i don't know if i should give it back to them as worthless stock so i don't lose $30.00 per month or is it worth keeping.

I seen Pabn go to .0002 that is why i told Choice trade to re-instate the shares they called worthless.

3. but even if it is non dtc able, we can still buy right? or do I miss anything?

1. they can only remove if you allow them to. they stole the pabn twice at zecco/penson and choicetrade/penson over 3 million shares,they put them back when i raised hell and turned them into finra. they said the pabn is on the non dtc able list they get from the dtcc. but they could never prove it by showing me the list. ubs does not have pabn on that list , in fact they say it is fully dtc able because i bought 2 more million last summer with ubs. i am threatening zecco now for charging me $7.50 for holding perfectly dtc able stock to wit pabn in my portfolio. i have since dtc'ed out my portfolios out from zecco and choicetrade to ubs and they are safe there. they dtc'ed out beautifully. they would not dtc out if they were non dtc able, capisch?
2. all stock are dtc able except the one that are branded non dtc able by the dtcc. 3. you broker would be notified electronically that you cannot purchase the stock if it is non dtc able. 4, i never sold ,still holding for $1
5. i think penson is nss this pabn in their cayman islands international corp.
