Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

 

Viva Entertainment Group (hereinafter “VIVA”) recently signed a licensing agreement with Nigerian Telecom Corporation Tingo Mobile that has a 2.5 million subscriber base.  The contract guarantees that VIVA will receive a minimum of 100,000 subscribers in exchange for our platform use.  VIVA will earn approximately .50 cents per subscriber.  It’s the beginning of a cost effective plan that will play a role in our international position in the market.
