Read it again... >43M are intangible assets like scripts, sw code, movie rights etc that aren't something that can be easily sold without marking it down significantly.
They have no cash, and only other assets are 3M in account receivables.

Nothing happening here. They issue more stock to pay the bills and give to employees as incentives.

Because everything they have stated for the past couple hasn't came to fruition. Not only that, there has been many devious and suspicious acts on the behalf of the company! I would not invest in this! The CIO started his own company and privately in a telegram group chat, is persuading the members to buy and give him investment money for his new company that apparently NUGN invested in lol. They are broke.

I sure was wrong about this stock. To my chagrin, I did not do my DD and bought on impulse. Normally, I DD a stock fully, but was careless with this one. After 35 years of trading pinks, I should have known better. A lesson well learned.

Not sure what needs explanation... NuGene failed to file on time or file for an extension, and they were downgraded to the ExpertMarket so the stock tanked.
The next day, they filed an extension/notice of late filing and were put back on the pinks. Even with the '200%' gain they are still in trips.

Its all public info on the OTC website.

"Livento Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) the Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-K Annual Report for the period ended December 31, 2024 because certain data was not yet available to complete the filing."

Obviously no leadership and just more empty promises and dilution. Meanwhile its deep into trips.

Agree with you 100 percent. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. RUFUS & HUDSON 1 lost a lot of money on all FAKE NEWS and all the Hype. Now Southwest is Charging for bags. Wee are screwed by everyone else to. Hopefully I can find some good stocks to buy cheap and make some money. Sorry for your losses. Have a WEE DAY!

Wow, looks like this play died until we get another catalyst, but who knows when. So for the time being I'll be hanging out at my sub $300,000 market cap play with virtually no volume as well, like many of the OTC plays these days. Very strange.

Plus, technical traders will know that there has been a .618 retrace as well. Any 5 or 6 digit trades? Usually I would see a significant spike down in the accumulation if it was dilution.

There's a decent chance it's dilution since it was clearly posted on X that they "forgot" to file an 8-k for a $70,000 convertible note from 2022.

After taking a reasonable guess that it might convert at 50% of the lowest price in the last 20 trading days, I estimated another 9% could be added to the OS. But then I bought the stock anyway as I looked at it like maybe running to 9.1cents instead of 10 cents.

My Internet at home is down so I'm not tracking trades right now. Have there been a bunch of 5 and 6 digit trades going through?

There is a chance that the conversion rate was fixed below $0.00055, which is where I calculated shares for conversion but that's pretty uncommon to have fixed conversion rates that low.

Still holding my shares.
