I am a long time investor and I purchase CBD products on the Vivis site. I just made another purchase and since my previous purchase in Feb 24 there has only been a couple of purchases. So, if you support NTRR and use CBD products how about buying from Vivis and spread the word to you friends.

I sold the majority of my position today for obvious reasons.

I will still hold a small position, but not willing to risk it all anymore.

HOUSTON, TX, Dec. 29, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire -- Neutra Corporation (OTC PINK:NTRR), an emerging health and wellness research and development company, reflects on the 2023 year and plans for moving forward in 2024. In the previous press release, Neutra announced a medium-term management plan to meet the rapidly increasing demand for the company's modern approach to specialty health and wellness solutions.

Currently, the acquisition has been put on hold due to some internal housekeeping that Neutra must resolve before moving forward. After the internal issues have been resolved, Neutra and Mercury plan to reopen the acquisition through a renewed Letter of Intent. In the interim, Mercury has contracted Neutra’s services via the “Clinical Foundations” service model.

“We understand that this postpones the potential acquisition, but looking forward this will create greater synergies between the two companies,” said Sydney Jim, Neutra’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Neutra has also made some structural changes in its Hemp Based Cannabis vertical. Since the current climate of the cannabis industry has evolved, Neutra has decided to merge VIVIS and Deity Wellness into one brand. Earlier this month, VIVIS soft-launched its new direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform on https://www.viviscorp.com. In 2024, VIVIS will be launching a suite of new products including new cannabinoid products in both Health Wellness and Recreational Wellness.

“This is exciting for us to work with a developer that has a proven track record in the e-commerce space,” said Sydney Jim. “I think consumers will like our new products as well, because we listen to the consumer.”

VIVIS plans to announce the full launch of the new e-commerce platform between the first and second quarter of 2024.

If you hold, it shouldn't be to avoid being "scared". You act like there's a pot of gold for those staying the course. Penny stocks easily go to zero- and NTRR had only $1,311 Q revenue. Their supposed acquisition news came out a year ago.

Buying and selling stock is (supposedly) educated gambling. Scared money never wins, so I will take my 29.7 million shares to early retirement.

I hope you realize that I was making a joke at his bottle label issue. Example : Oh you say that's a magic bean? How much you want for it? :)

I'm a long-term holder. All of my current shares are long-term and I currently hold a ridiculous amount.. I don't plan on selling anytime soon as all have been covered. All we can do is hope things work out. The rest is up to them.

10 Q is out....no revelations. Sold less this quarter than last.

This doesn't really make sense to me. How are the locations getting the empty bottles to fill up with other products? I would think that NTRR would sell and ship the NTRR bottles with their product in it to the retailers for them to sell. Unless customers are returning the bottles to get refilled, there shouldn't be an issue. Something sure seems fishy here.

I hope the acquisition takes place, but I'm not going to hold my breath on it.

Spoke to Sydney. He stated the reason for the 150 retail locations' lack of revenue:

Per Sydney, NTRR's bottles are being used by the locations to fill up with other products & sold. Yea- he said this is how the industry is. I was stunned hearing this pathetic excuse. He mentioned suing is ideal, but hard. Acquisition-wise, he echoed NTRR's last tweet.

NTRR tweeted they'll have an update in a few weeks. I swear, some of you could be strung along another year about a fictional acquisition, & still reply to be patient. I'm hoping for a small pop, & to sell all.

Acquisition news 11 months ago.. Think we've been had. Anyone still defending NTRR, that they talked to Sydney or be patient, is probably pedalling it. I'm down in my position, so hoping for a pop & sell.

Well. The key is this acquisition if they ever complete it. Getting their products on the medical side of things will help tremendously. Plus Mercury is already generating millions in revenue.

Well having CBD product just like everyone else is a starter income. Do a CBD beverage joint venture or making CBD and THC vape cartridges. Hint, hint. EXPAND AND CONCORE :)

I'm not shocked at all. Each and every time I contacted Syd he answered or returned my calls. I spoke with him several times. He is willing to talk and answer any questions. On this board, the Ripmasta has stated he talks with him as well.

Ntrr supposedly had an acquisition meeting on 11/27, per a recent reply post in their Twitter. Nothing else reported since.
