Frigger,

I would like to give some relief and understanding about Syd filing this 15-12-G form. This is a common action by many PINK companies as there is a significant cost savings to operate a public entity.

As per my conversation with the OTC Markets, It is my understanding that the filling of this 15-12-G form is to allow NTRR to stop the required SEC REPORTING that include financials filings that also include AUDITED annuals and then move the NTRR to the OTCIQ REPORTING platform where they still need to do all financial filings except the annuals only need to have an ATTORNEY LETTER. Ofcourse, as companies grow and their minimum bid stock price also gets higher, these companies can apply to go to the OTCQB where the minimum bid is $0.01 and their annual financials are required to be AUDITED.

Syd's move from SEC REPORTING to the OTCIQ REPORTING platform is a solid move for now as there is less financial burden on the NTRR.

The very good news is that it is apparent that the NTRR is coming back to life and I actually see the stock price moving to much higher levels in the coming months.

Very confused. The Termination of Security was filed yesterday on Edgar. This morning Neutra Posted on X that it will return to pink shortly with a year-end update before the 31st.

I'm an old guy and probably won't see it. People are going to get tired of being taken by the PTB. Pharma, DS, Banks, CEO's etc. Controlling other peoples lives and money is important to the working class. We trust people in power to do the best for us even when we invest our hard earned funds. Syd, tell us the truth about what you've done or doing for us all. Or just tell us we're done so we can stop dreaming

People like you always open their BIG mouths without knowing or acknowledging the FACTS. Not a very good personality trait, in my opinion.

Yes, as per the FACTS, I have spoken with Syd several times and now, he has ghosted me after the tough questions that have been asked. He simply can no longer face me when he knows I can see right through him and his utter BULL...T.

"Someone who needs to do his own work for a change"? This sounds "personal" and "political" to me. In the NTRR case, i have already made sufficient efforts and Syd can no longer face me. I get it. In my opinion, this is what cowards and illegitimate people do. I just hope I can recover my sizeable investment in the NTRR.

To me, this is not about providing an "accurate" timeframe as you say. This is about Syd not being transparent and HONEST about the true nature of the circumstances regarding the NTRR. If Syd was one bit legitimate, he would have provided HONEST ongoing updates to his shareholders about what's going on with this NTRR MESS, especially knowing it has been these shareholders who have paid his way for years. When he always claims he has taken zero dollars from the market, I think we can agree this is complete BULL...T. We will leave it at that.

Ofcourse Syd has every financial incentive for the NTRR to come back to CURRENT. To me, he either does not have the competence to bring the NTRR back to CURRENT or he does not have sufficient funds to pay his attorney and auditor or the OTC will not permit him and the NTRR to come back to life on the OTC for many reasons for which I will not offer my personal opinions.

You said you spoke with them today but did not provide any update to us. Sounds like serious problems to me. When someone suddenly becomes evasive, this is not a good sign. Whatever, I will remain hopeful Syd will resolve these obvious problems. I just hope these problems are resolvable and the NTRR becomes Pink CURRENT any day.

I provide as much updated information as Im allowed to as I get it. I have no control if things take longer than expected. I did speak with them today regarding this. However, I think moving forward I'm probably done giving out any information I get because nobody seems to be happy either way. People complain when they don't hear anything and people complain when they get information and it doesn't hold to the timeframe.

So, we are still waiting for Pink CURRENT for the NTRR and Syd is now 7 months late doing proper financials. This is what you have said previously;

September 11, 2024
"2-3 weeks to get everything audited and submitted. No one said pink current in that timeframe. It will most likely then take a week or two to be reviewed and changed back to current"

I think we can agree that what Syd told you was not correct, accurate or honest by any stretch. Is there any reason why Syd cannot provide an HONEST update about the mess HE created? Do you see any problems with the updates Syd gave you? Obviously, there are additional issues at play here. Yes, this may become CURRENT any day or it may never become current again.

Perhaps Syd can give you an UPDATE that is accurate and honest this time?

Transparency, trust and I wish we could hold someone accountable for this continued failure. I think we had so much potential to grow. We speculate as investors especially in start up companies. Syd should have done better for us but who am I to judge
