A limited part of Nestle's supply-chain operations in central and western Ukraine is currently running after the company temporarily closed its factories, warehouses and supply chain last week after Russia's invasion, a spokesperson said on Thursday.

The Swiss food-and-beverage company, which has three factories and around 5,000 employees in Ukraine, said part of these operations are running "in places where it is safe to do so", and it remains committed to ensure the delivery of essential food and beverages to the local population.
