--Nestle SA (NESN.EB) is weighing a sale of two Chinese units, and is seeking over $1 billion for its controlling stakes in the units, Hsu Fu Chi and Yinlu, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources.

--The Swiss food giant may sell only part of its stakes in one or both of the units, which have faced sluggish growth in recent years, according to Bloomberg.
