Plus, when the OTCM places a Shell Risk on NGCG it means they don't believe the Annual Report.

I see that Caren Currier is listed as a consultant - the kiss of death to any OTC company.

Lots of problems and it doesn't seem that Lucia addressed any of the issues - I am curious about - "I've invested a lot of money in $NGCG" - on what - the financials aren't audited - she didn't file a 15c.

Simple, she's playing the crocodile tears card. And now she claims that because of this she will remain silent. She dumped all her shares on the 0.0018 and now she wants the stock to tank again so that she can load the 0.0009 and restart pumping lies in a few months. It's just manipulation and the SEC need to look into it
