NBDR is Pleased to Announce that a Previous Note Holder who was Converted into a Shareholder has Exited the Company

No Borders, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, are pleased to announce that a previous noteholder who was converted into a shareholder has exited its position in our Company.

The Company received contact from a pre-merger convertible noteholder; whereupon the Company offered, and the noteholder accepted, a total conversion of its note in March of 2018 into 5 Million shares of NBDR common stock. After a year, the noteholder turned shareholder contacted the Company to inform the Company that it had completely exited its position in the Company and is no longer a shareholder.

This represents a large percentage of the Company's free trading NBDR common stock and as such is a significant piece of the pre-merger obligation cleanup that the Company's Board of Directors has aggressively worked on for over a year. The Company would like to thank all of the OTC Markets stockholders who have continued to support our adventure by holding and acquiring our listed securities and thank you to our restricted stakeholders for whose unwavering support and backing we are incredibly grateful.
